Advocate Concierge

Hospitals have a cash rate that is significantly lower than the insurance rate. We negotiate with the hospital on your behalf to get the cash rate (before patient encounters an emergency department, they must call Rola Health concierge/nurse first).

Clinical Follow-up

Rola Health can ensure a clinical follow-up call with the patient, or the patient can call back for that original need and not get charged twice.
